Privacy Policy

Midas Touch is operated by Samuel Troilius (info@midastouch.cloud) as the data controller. We keep privacy simple: we only use the information naturally needed to run your workspace, we never sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Information used in the app

When you use Midas Touch, we process the data naturally involved in providing the service: your account details and preferences (such as name, email, sign-in method, currency and timezone), the personal and shared financial entries you create or collaborate on, and optional content you submit if you use features like Midas AI or Telegram. We also record basic technical and usage information—such as coarse region, device or browser type and activity timestamps—to keep the service secure and reliable.

Cookies & browser storage

Midas Touch uses only strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your display preferences, and cache your active session for fast navigation. Because we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is needed.

Infrastructure & service providers

Your workspace data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud) and transactional emails (such as sign-in verification and invitations) are delivered through our email providers. If you choose to sign in with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn, or connect optional Telegram or AI features, those services process the information needed to perform that action.

Your choices, exports & account deletion

You can update your profile, export your records from supported modules, or close your account at any time in Settings. Closing your account removes your personal workspace access while preserving shared group records that other participants still rely on.
